willing to help others out said President of Acton Red Cross Fritz De Haan When the decision was made to name Henry Kroes Citizen of the Year on June 4 he was preparing to leave for Grand Valley to assist tornado victims Henry Kroes arrived in Canada from the Netherlands in 1950 He has lived 30 of his years m Acton And many of those 30 years have been spent volunteering his lime HENRY KROES
