arent entirely en thusiastic about the idea Mrs Ciuber asked council for help In setting up a meeting with the Social Assistance Review Board Monday Saying she and her husband are living off her welfare payment of a month Mrs Ciuber said she wants a filth hearing in front of the Board She said most of the board members have been fired and she wants another hearing In front of the new board members but the Board Chairman wont return her calls The four previous hearings were not impartial hearings but trials where the were cross- examined she said I came to this place the hearing was held
