reform counters earlier moves to reduce income tax rates Mr said the tax will im pact on business as 75 per cent of capital gained in Canada will be taxed Handicapped association expands in town The its six apartment units located in Halton Hills Currently Mr oversees two four and eight bedroom apart ments However from here- on in the organization will only operate four bedroom buildings or smaller There are not many families with eight people anymore Mr said He points out that public reaction to its locations in Georgetown and Milton has been favorable to those in Toronto Oakvilleand Burlington The director of day services Margaret said her department offers two programs one of which teaches basic social skills and the other provides job training Clients participating in the job related workshops have the opportunity to do a job placement If after three months they prove themselves they will be hired on as a employee Ms Nikolaus said But she said sufficient public transportation is all that is missing to make the program a complete success Some clients must turn down job offers because they have no access to transportation The association has five vans to serve almost clients Ms Nikolaus said The child services director Peggy runs the special needs and pro grams The president of the North Association for the Developmen tally Handicapped Chris Dolliver left dedicated to his wife Lillian Frank Charles Black was bom on December in England After moving with his motehr and her children to Toronto in 1911 he became an apprentice with the Hough Litho Company
