to be turned on at am Saturday morning was late Town director of recreation and parks Tom Shepard said hydro is not a town responsibility He said the water was forgotten by the town because of burials on Friday before the games but that it was turned on Saturday morning at 7 am Mr Shepard did not say that the town was to blame for garbage bags not available at the Fairgrounds site While he didnt speak about the problems to create a better atmosphere for a har monious arrangement of this festival next year There were an awful lot of peo- pie at the Highland Games who said the town thumbed their noses at them Some improvement has to be made in the way this particular organization approaches the town he said But Georgetown Coun Ann Cur- rie said enough talking has been done about the
