application The Region said a second proper ty could become surplus and might mean a land severance ap plication in the future But Mr Foster said Mr Jova s son and family would live in the se cond building on the property My client was prepared to spend a lot of money to get the farm back into a farmable state be said But town councillors voted to re ject Mr application Coun hands are somewhat tied by Regional plan said deputy planning director Bruce MacLean west wait for secondary plan Norval residents asking for a secondary plan for their hamlet will have to wait until the town has time to prepare a plan said Halton Hills planning director Ian Keith filed a report with the town that said Glen Williams and are two hamlets in the town that have secondary plans in place He said there
