can all hopefully enjoy what this season has to offer Although bronzed bodies are not as in as they used to be I cant help but think that we all look better with some color than without so I guess I will be amongst those that do a lit tle work on my tan this year This column will mark the end of my originals for the summer mon ths as I take a little break over the hot months jUst to rejuvenate my mind gather new material for upcoming months and just give my brain a chance to concentrate on the world around me for a couple of months There is always so much going on during the hot months and usually real estate is very active This year I suspect we are going to see a different market than in previous years so it will be interesting to take notes on what is happening and give you a condensed version in September By the time my new columns start to be printed again the housing south of town should be on its way interest rates will pro bably have changed and the market in general I suspect will have picked up considerably During this summer I hope that you keep in mind that house buying is at one of its best for a long time Prices are excellent the selection is good and there are some homes out there that are offering excellent interest rates on a oneyear mortgage So if you are thinking of pur chasing this summer you should get out there and start browsing before the market changes again and then you will the good stuff Do a little shopping check out what is being offered and I think you will find that you are in for some nice surprises Georgetown and area still has some wonderful buys for you to take ad vantage of and our prices are a joke compared to Toronto area So with this in mind I nope you do find some homes that suit your fancy this summer and have
