finalists of the 198990 major tournaments as well as to finalists and champions in sane tioned Regional In fact all teams that advance to plavoff rounds will receive invitations Selection of the teams will then be based on the following format Teams winning divisional championships will be given the first option to attend 2 If there are vacancies teams that were finalists in their respective tour
