division of World Outrech United Church of Canada Lee Holland has just returned from the country of Ethiopia in Africa Plan on attending this service to hear what the church is doing for this wartorn even ing was Janet Johnson of Janet was Introduced by Shirley Reed Janet spoke to us about her experience teaching native Cana dian children in Northern Ontario Janet said that since these children have such strong support from their family grandparents parents and brothers and sisters that when they leave to further their education or to get a job they feel very isolated and lonely They have an extremely difficult time coping in the outside world Janet was thanked by Jan Ar nold and presented with a gift Lunch was served by the Friend ship unit Brampton WI The annual meeting of the Brampton
