were in Grace United Church Brampton Susan is the daughter of don and Peggy Early of Norval and now of Barry Bay and Jamie is the son of Doug and Betty Galbraith of Delhi Ontario Organist was Bruce and soloist was Helen who sang The Lord s Prayer and Wed ding Prayer Both are cousins of the bride Susan given in marriage by her father looked lovely in a Victorian style gown with shoulder length veil Attending the bnde as Honor was Kerry Sutherland and bndesmaids were Lisa Taylor Karen Booth and Early bridesmaid was Katie Hall All wore cocktail length gowns the Maidof Honor in blue and the in pink The groom was attended by Joe Bratley as Best Man Ushers were Paul Garrett Tony and Wade Persons was Everett All wore grey tuxedos The party was taken from the church in a cavalcade of three antique Model T cars Ray Whaley Ford louring don Hume Ford Touring and Spencer Wilson s 1927 Ford Coach Following picturetaking at Park the party were taken to the Holiday Inn for the wedding reception Master of Ceremonies at the reception was Bnan a fnend of the family following a wedding trip to Honda the couple are residing inSimcoe Ontano Prior to their wedding the pie were entertained at several showers Jamie aunt Dot Plat Artisans offer course The Credit Valley Artisans are offering a four week course in oil painting on Thursday evenings starting November 8 Georgetown resident Shirley Brambley will be the instructor With over years of painting experience in a variety of medium Mrs Brambley par in juried art shows and has won several national awards Her paintings have graced the walls of many galleries including The Gallery in the Halton Hills Cultural Centre Mrs Brambley has taught oil painting at the On tano Business College in Belleville and is currently workshop for the Central Ontario Art Association and past president of the Palette and Pencil Club a guild of the Credit Valley Artisans The course will cover oil pain ting using the palette knife technique and is suitable for beginners or brush painters who have not worked with a palette knife In the first session students will be introduc to the technique During the remaining students will use the palette table lamp and a sum of money Susan Alex read the address Rev Walter Inducted A Covenanting Service was held for the three point charge of Home Huttonville and United Churches with Hut tonville hosting the service on Sunday evening last Rev Norman Greene opened the service with the hymn Stand up Stand up for Jesus Follow ing the senpture Rev Neil Parker of gave the sermon on Total Committ A joint choir of the three churches sang a special number Come into My Heart Lord Jesus with Glenn Laidlaw and Lorraine Lawrence taking the duet part Rev John Smith of the Laurel and Camilla churches had charge of the Covenanting Service and inducted the Rev Walter Beecham into the churches of Home Huttonville and Norval Hymn Breathe on Me Breath of God closed the service A social hour followed
