concerning the environment last Thursday Students created an en vironment project which consisted of facts about tbeir chosen area of study Pictured above are four students who decided to devote their students throughout Ontario are the same position as you fac ing the same as time quickly dwindles for making decisions that will affect a lifetime We as graduating students at Acton High School have tried to ease some of the difficulty in making these important sions by examining all the options and finding out whats best for us If university is part of the plan for your future some of the you may be asking yourself are Which university is right for me Am I ready to handle the change in lifestyle Am I ready to move away from home These questions are hard to answer but your school can be very helpful in aiding you with making the right choices by giv you the opportunity to ex penence what university is all about Acton High has shed much light on a cornucopia of universities including Guelph Waterloo Toronto and Brock The last one which is nestled in the heart of St Catharines pro vided us with an objective outlook on the university scene It offers several opportunities each month for curious secondary school students to investigate Us premises and the programs it makes available A smalt group from Acton had the chance to attend a Liberal Studies day at Brock This special day included a tour of residence buildings lecture halls and social facilities which all gave us a better idea of what awaited us at university The most enlightening part of the visit came late in the after noon when we had a chance to at tend a seminar conducted by a professor of the university This seminar revolved around an essay written by Montaigne a Century French author en titled Of
