neither obvious or recorded Arising out of or direct ly connected to military peacetime service ractlonal entitlement on the basis only part of the disability was due to military service Pension for Spouse any addi tional payable is proportionate to the pensioners award Common Law opposite sex if lived with not less than one year may be deamed a spouse and following death may be survivor Pensions
