THURSDAY, JANUARY 6, 2011 Novice Tanners play in holiday hockey tourney On Tuesday December 28th the Acton House League's Novice Division Georgetown Chrysler team entered a tournament in Erin at the Erin Center 2000. The tournament consisted of eight Novice House League teams from Acton, Erin, Hespeler and Mount Forest. Jack THE NEW TANNER Feibel closed out the scoring in the second on a pass from Jankowski. It was a convincing 7 - 1 win with Lantz being named Sports with The New Tanner Acton fought back with a goal by Jankowski, assisted by Ferraioli, before the period came to an end. In the second period Acton was more focused and had goals from Aditajs, Ferraioli and a third maker in the period by Callum Pratt. 13 player of the game. The next game was against another Erin team who earlier beat a second Acton House League team. This time, the opposition came out flying and took a two-goal lead mid way through the first period. Goalie Matthew Lantz was again named the player of the game.
