Duncan, Inglis file nominations for Oct. 25 municipal election Incumbent Ward 4 Town councillors John Duncan and Bob Inglis have filed nomination papers for the fall municipal election. John Duncan filed his papers on Friday to seek re-election in the October 25 municipal election while Inglis filed last Tuesday. Duncan has served one term as Ward 4 councillor while Inglis has held the seat since 1997. The pair join Ward 3 Councillor Dave Kentner as the only candidates who have so far filed for election to the local Town council. Halton Hills Catholic school board Trustee Rosanna Palmieri and Halton Hills public school Trustee Gerry Ockenden have also filed their papers, as has Halton Region Chair Gary Carr.
