In Focus, May, 2010 10 Lions Club Pancake Breakfast Weekend The Lions Hall was filled with the delicious smell of pancakes, bacon and toast on April 10 and 11 when the Georgetown Lions Club hosted their first ever Pancake Breakfast Weekend. For the low, low price of a donation to the Georgetown Bread Basket, hungry diners were treated to heaping plates of pancakes, bacon, ham, eggs and toast during the two-day event. The Lions collected 3,400 pounds of food and $1,072 for the food bank. Bon appétit!
