Wards 3&4 Regional Councillor Jane Fogal and Ward 3 Councillor Moya Johnson both filed on Friday. Fogal was first elected in 1997 as the Ward 3 local councillor and moved up to the regional level in 2003. Johnson has served 16 years on council, since being elected as Ward 3's local councillor in 1994.
