The Cheers to Volunteers and Community Volunteer awards provide local organizations with a way to acknowledge volunteers for the contributions they make. Felice Butterfield, of Limehouse Public School was given a Community Volunteer Award for outstanding volunteer contribution while Cheers to Volunteers honours, which are chosen at random and are awarded on behalf of the volunteer's agency, were given to Dave Williams (Links2Care), Karen Sherratt (Gardiner Public School) and Angela Pohl (Limehouse Public School Healthy Snack Program).
