8 HEALTH CARE - Thursday , September 30, 2010 NEWS AND INFORMATION FROM GEORGETOWN HOSPITAL SEPTEMBER 2010 Welcome Dr. Kwan - New Urologist Halton Healthcare Services (HHS) has recruited Dr. Kevin Kwan to provide specialized urological care and surgery at both Georgetown Hospital (GH) and Milton District Hospital (MDH). This newly created joint position provides both hospitals with enhanced urology coverage. Dr. Kwan joined HHS in August 2010, recently opened a medical office in Milton and will become the sole provider of urology services at GH and MDH effective October 1, 2010. Earning his medical degree from the University of Western Ontario in 2005, Dr. Kwan is a recent graduate of McMaster University's five year Urology Residency Program.
