Arnott gets nod as local PC candidate Wellington-Halton Hills MPP Ted Arnott was acclaimed as the Ontario PC party's official candidate for the riding on Tuesday night. Arnott was first elected to the Ontario Legislature in 1990 and his advocacy for local health services, schools, transportation infrastructure and private sector job creation has earned him four consecutive re-elections.
