Hair Styling for Men Drop in building permits leads to shortfall By CYNTHIA GAMBLE Staff Writer Fewer than expected building permits has led to a $76,000 shortfall in the building permit revenue account at the Town of Halton Hills. Halton Hills council approved the transfer of $76,000 to the revenue account to make up the difference. The information was contained in a report on the 2010 operating and capital budget status as of Sept. 30. Overall to date, the Town is $2 million ahead and when all the bills are paid by the end of this year, $340,300 is projected to be remaining. All capital projects currently underway are within their budgets, with the exception of the 22 Sideroad Concession 4 culvert replacement, which needs an additional $70,327. A report will come back to council for authorization of that extra spending. Enter a in draw to w ts! e k c i T f a e L Check out o Christmas ur Gift Ideas !
