Evan Rodrigues and Justin Basso also tallied for the Raiders, who opened the scoring 28 seconds into the contest. The only shot of 32 on the evening by the Red Wings that beat Georgetown goalie Michael Nishi came with seven minutes left in the third period, while the Raiders directed 30 pucks at the Hamilton net. With the win, the 28-12-3 Raiders moved six points ahead of the Wings but are still neck-and-neck with Oakville and Stouffville for home-ice advantage in the conference quarterfinals. Raider captain Scott Wilson will miss Saturday's home tilt with Mississauga and the rematch on Monday with the Chargers in Malton after getting a two-game instigator suspension from a fight late in the third period Monday.
