The group must raise (or have pledged) this amount by April 2012 in order for the project to go forward. The fundraising campaign should end at the completion of the Acton Arena twinning (fall 2014). The Town loan, which will come from the Council Contingency Fund, will help the HHAUG "retain a fundraising consultant as soon as possible." Total cost of hiring a consultant is estimated at $15,000.
