Having dedicated her 74 years to caring for others, she joins Gerhard, her beloved husband of 46 years (2004). Her children and their spouses: Jutta (Charles Silverman), Hans (Margaret nee Anderson), Barbara, Gerhard (Joanne Kjolsen), and Alexandra (Colin Bunge) will profoundly miss their Mutti and her grandchildren Steven, Kira, Simon, Shawn, Alexander, Sabrina, Theo, Keva, Christina and Isaac will miss their fun-loving Oma. Her siblings Jobst von Ditfurth-Siefken and Annemarie Koelbach, and other family in Germany share in our loss. Remembered for her willingness to volunteer wherever she was needed, Elisabeth will also leave a gap in her local community.
