SPORTS & LEISURE Anderson off to UNCG After representing Canada at three international tournaments this year as a member of the Junior National Team, Georgetown's Adam Anderson (left) gets a bit of a break from the baseball mound, while also having the peace of mind about where he'll be going to university next year. The 16-yearold left-handed pitcher helped the Canucks finish second at the recent World Junior Qualification Tournament in Cartagena, Colombia, earning Canada a berth in next year's IBAF World Junior Baseball Championship in Seoul, South Korea. A Grade 12 Christ the King student, Anderson also signed a National Letter of Intent and Scholarship with NCAA Division I school University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
