St. Alban's is hosting this annual Dinner for people who will be alone or who just want to share Christmas with their community. Volunteers are wanted to help out on this special day, 1 p.m. Dec. 25 at the church hall-- by helping to cook (i.e. several turkeys), peel potatoes in advance, set up, serve, clean up, or post notices in various town locations or by providing donations of food (such as turkeys, pies, candy, other desserts) or small, wrapped or unwrapped gifts to be given out randomly, or by driving attendees who need a ride on Christmas Day.
