Police responded and after a brief interaction with the driver arrested him for impaired driving. Police say the driver's breathalyzer readings were a "staggering" 395 mg of alcohol in 100 ml of blood and 350 mg of alcohol in 100 ml of blood. Charged with impaired driving and having over 80 mg of alcohol in 100 ml of blood is a 40 year-old man. When they arrived the fire was out, but the occupant was sent to hospital as a precaution for smoke inhalation.
