To send expressions of sympathy visit www.jsjonesandsonfuneralhome.com Circle of Friends info session to heighten awareness of Alzheimer's/dementia How will I recognize if my family member or friend has Alzheimer's Disease or dementia-- and what is the difference? Who can you turn to? What are the expectations? What are the facts and myths? How can I help or get help for either family or friend who may be having a problem? The care of those with Alzheimer's/dementia often falls to the families and sometimes these families are living in other towns or even provinces. How many people are falling through the cracks? Would you know how to help a neighbour, friend, or family member or even recognize the signs? How can we as neighbours, friends, co-workers, acquaintances help the primary caregivers? St. George's Anglican Church, in partnership with the Alzheimer Society of Hamilton and Halton, is hosting a Circle of Friends, which is an information session that will answer some of these questions to provide awareness and education to the community. A free information session will be held on Friday, May 11, 7 p.m. in the St. George's Anglican Church hall, 60 Guelph Street in Georgetown. All are welcome; a Circle of Friends can include family, friends, neighbours, co-workers, church members or acquaintances. Loving you always, Dave and family IN LOVING Memory of William (Bill) Day Son, Brother, Friend Little did we know that morning God was going to call your name. In life we loved you dearly, in death we do the same. It broke our hearts to lose you, but you did not go alone. For part of us went with you, the day God called you home. You left us peaceful memories, your love is still our guide. And though we cannot see you, you are always by our side. Our family chain is broken and nothing seems the same. But as God calls us one by one, the chain will link again.
