Cartwright, 50, who is on a disability pension, and suffers from fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis and other health issues, was devastated when she went out to her van at her Queen St. apartment Monday afternoon to find her walker was gone. It was stolen sometime Sunday night or Monday. "I went out to walk my dog and there was no walker," said Cartwright. "They might as well have cut my legs off."
