Two minutes goals in the first period, but Acton came back with a goal from the MVP of the game, Jacob Cunningham, who later tied the game up going into the third period. Acton thought it had scored the winner with just 30 seconds on the board, but it was called back. Collingwood scored with 19 seconds on the clock on another controversial goal, after the Tanners thought the referee had blown the puck dead. Renaud scored on a nice passing play from Case and Andrew Wright. The Chargers regained the lead on a breakaway goal from Allain. It looked like Acton would have their first win ­ Streetsville had an empty net ­ but it was halted with only 23 seconds remaining and the final score was 4-4.
