Co-chaired by Bob Hooper and Finn Poulstrup, with support from honorary chair and Halton Hills Councillor Bryan Lewis, this 12-member team will be responsible for implementing and managing the $2 million capital fundraising campaign which is in support of the major expansion projects for Mold-Masters SportsPlex and the Acton Arena and Community Centre. Over the last few months, HHAUG has been in the preparation phase of the campaign, actively involved in organizational readiness, recruitment and initial solicitation activity. Other members of the team include Carson Mininch, Steve Highfield, Joanne Cooper, Joseph Gushue, Ron Lefebvre, Jon Hurst and Dave Kentner. See NEED, pg. 5 Everybody P-U-L-L! The second annual Chance for Change Fire Truck Pull fundraiser was held Saturday, at Christ the King High School with proceeds going to the Georgtown and Acton youth centres. The Jane's 50-footers team (above) came away the winners as they posted a time of 14.26 seconds. Each team consisted of a maximum of 20 people with at least five youths on each team.
