These young ones, Stuart, Graham, Sydney and Geneen Furzer found a cozy seat while their parents continued to browse the many different plants and flowers offered at the sale. Ted Tyler photo 519-853-2244 WORTH THE WAIT: Lines were long at the annual Acton Agricultural Society's plant sale. The sale and nice weather attracted a large crowd looking for those special plants for their gardens. Ted Tyler photo CP Rail Strike should not effect Milton GO Transit Service A strike by the Teamsters Canada Rail Conference (TCRC), representing CP Rail train crews and rail traffic controllers, was set to cause disruption for riders of the Milton GO transit service. The corridor used for the Milton service is owned by CP Rail and the strike could have meant that there would be no train service on the Milton line. GO transit has received word that the TCRC have agreed to run commuter trains. Milton train riders may wish to investigate alternate travel routes, which could include the use of the Lakeshore West or Kitchener train lines should the situation change.
