THURSDAY, MAY 31, 2012 THE NEW TANNER POKER POT: Lucky Poker Lotto Jackpot winner Allen McKinley (left) with son Daryl basking in the glory of being debt free - Marie Shadbolt photo Allen McKinley of Churchill road is thrilled to have won the Poker Lotto Jackpot of "5 of 5" worth $100,000 on Wednesday May 16. After checking his ticket, he had thought he had won a $100 prize, only to be told by the cashier at Royal Jug City that he had actually won $100,000. He was thrilled to have learned of his mistake. Allen, a father of five, has paid off his bills and is living debt free, intending to save the rest for any future needs. "It doesn't come easy so I'm holding on to it" he says. He doesn't see changing his job of 25 years, or, for that matter even his car. "She runs great and never lets me down" he stated. Allen's luck seems to continue as the ticket he checked Tuesday, won an additional $50.
