He was predeceased by his first wife Jeanne and is survived by his wife Marie Claire Emmerson Zions Fryer. He was the loving father of Andrea Sharp of Victoria, B.C., Pamela Serko of Vancouver B.C. and Chad Fryer of Colombia, South America and grandfather of James and Christian Sharp, Garrett, Fraser and Ryan Serko and Jeanne Fryer. Clay will be missed by his step-children and step-grandchildren. He is survived by his sister Aileen Tracy and was predeceased by his brother Ken. Clayton was proud of his years of service with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
