Injury accident At least one person was taken to hospital following a two-car crash last Monday evening at the intersection of Main Street North and Guelph Street. Acton firefighters removed a young female victim from her car that had been T-boned. A second EMS crew arrived on scene, but it is not known if anyone else was injured. Suspicious man sought Halton police continue searching for a man who approached an Acton boy as he walked home from school last Wednesday afternoon. Police said the boy was waking on Willow Street, just north of Church Street, when a man seated in the backseat of a greenish/blue- coloured car, possibly a Buick, opened the window and began talking to the boy. When the boy continued o n h i s w a y, t h e m a n got out of the car and attempted further conversation. The boy ran home and reported the incident. The suspect is a white male, aged 25 to 30, approximately six-feet with a brown/black beard. He was wearing a toque, ripped blue jeans and a baggy green winter coat. The car was an older model with a dent on the driver's front bumper.
