Upon interviewing the ratty looking bag lady (played by Kathy Sandford) I discovered that this was a rehearsal for an upcoming show at the Acton Town Hall Centre. The award winning comedy " Frozen Dreams" by Robert Ainsworth, directed by Pamela Niesiobedzki-Curtis and produced by Gina Van Raalt all of Georgetown Little Theatre opens at the Town Hall Centre on February 8. T h i s w i t t y, l i g h t hearted comedy about the homeless in a big city at Christmas time was inspired by a haunting newspaper photo of a shoeless youth clutching a frozen Christmas turkey. Tickets can be purchased at the door or at Acton Home Hardware. The show runs for three weekends starting February 8, and has two Sunday matinees as well.
