EDIE, Eric Oliver (Rick) Passed suddenly but peacefully at his home on Monday February 20th, 2006. In his 57th year, cherished father of Jennifer Kovak (Jim Atkinson) of Hamilton. Adored grandfather of Alyssa, Griffin and Peyton. Survived by his father William Edie. Predeceased by his mother Bernice Irene Edie. Will be sadly missed by close friends and those who knew him. A special thanks to Marc and Charol Carlo, for getting "Ray" through this past year. You are both admired for your unselfish loyalty, to your life-long friend. Friends were received at the J.S. Jones & Son Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Road, north of Maple Avenue, Georgetown, 905-877-3631 on Saturday from 1-2 pm. Memorial service was held in the chapel at 2:00 pm.
