Citizen appointee Ken Musgrave was recently named new chair of the Halton Regional Police Services Board. Musgrave replaces Keith Bird, who reminded members he'll be finished on the board after 11 years when the
current term of regional council expires this fall. The board will also lose Regional Chair Joyce Savoline-- who has announced she will not seek re-election-- and retiring Police Chief Ean Algar.
