Source of the Song 6 will be held on Saturday April 8, 2-5 p.m. in Glen Williams' Town Hall. Guests include Canadian country music star John Landry, singer and songwriter Rich Baker (a longtime co-writer with Landry), and poprock songwriter/artist Linda M. They will join host, songwriter Bruce Madole. The Landry and Baker writing team was responsible for some of the most-played country songs in 2000 and 2001, including such hits as There You Were, Bit by Bit, Long Gone and Forgotten, and My Heart Says Yes (But the Hurt says No). Linda M is known for her musical contributions to the television show, Dawson's Creek, and is a founder of Girls With Guitars, featuring some of the hottest female songwriters across North America. Tickets for the event are $12 in advance and $15 at the door. They are available at Studio 7, the Williams Mill Visual Arts Studios, 515 Main St. or Best's Harbour, 523 Main St. in Glen Williams.
