KOOPMAN, Jansje "Ann" Peacefully at Gateway Haven, Wiarton, on Monday April 10th, 2006. The former Jansje Wagt of Wiarton, and formerly of Wingham, in her 89th year. Loving wife of the late Pieter Koopman (2005). Dear mother of Simon and his wife Gail, of Wiarton, and Hilbert and his wife Diane, of Wingham. Cherished grandmother of Ross, Julie, Jamie, Brett, and greatgrandmother of four. Survived by her sisters Nellie, of the Netherlands, and Mary, of Georgetown. Predeceased by brothers Rijk, and Hilbert. Jansje worked at Smith & Stone in Georgetown for over 30 years. At Jansje's request there will be no visitation or service. Cremation. Arrangements entrusted to the THOMAS C. WHITCROFT FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, Sauble Beach, 519-422-0041. Donations to the Alzheimer's Society, Parkinson Foundation or Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated. A French Lilac tree will be planted at the funeral home in memory of Jansje.
