Museum kicks off eighth season of Hearthside Music Series

On Saturday, September 23, the Halton Museum Foundation kicks off its eighth year of the popular Hearthside Dinner & Music Series. Mood Indigo performs a mix of light jazz and pop sung by Monika Burany accompanied by Brent Setterington on keyboard and Peter Smith on sax. The Hearthside Dinner & Music series is

one of the fundraising initiatives that the Halton Museum Foundation has developed to support the second phase of a multi-phase improvement plan for the Halton Region Museum, located in Kelso Conservation Area, Milton. Proceeds will go towards the construction of a new Artifact Centre to house the Museum's 35,000 artifacts. Doors open at 6 p.m., with dinner at 7

p.m., followed by Mood Indigo's performance until 11 pm. Tickets are $45 and are available by calling the Museum at 905-8752200 ext. 21 OR 1-866-442-5866, ext. 7935/21.
