Halton Hills Accessibility Advisory Committee (HHAAC) will be hosting an Open House on Tuesday, October 24, at the Civic Centre from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Interested members of the public are invited to participate in an open dialogue regarding any accessibility concerns and issues related to barriers to persons with disabilities with members of the committee `meet and greet' style in the main foyer over light refreshments. The event will highlight past achievements and future endeavours of the committee through a slide show presentation in the Council Chambers. The Halton Hills Accessibility Advisory Committee is dedicated to promoting accessibility awareness and eliminating barriers to persons with disabilities. A committee of council, the 10 volunteer members look forward to your input as they prepare the 2007 Municipal Accessibility Plan for Halton Hills.
