Message to the voters: These are my three campaign promises: · I will work hard on your behalf · I will be honest with you · Your voice will be heard Ward 3 faces a challenging future. We can't stop all growth, but "we can shape it"! I support responsible budgets focusing upon "needs not wants". I support developing an "environmental strategy" leading to a greener community. I support improving senior services by seeking ways our community could reach out. I support efforts to attract and retain physicians. I support improved road maintenance and traffic safety. I support improving recreation facilities such as: A spray pad and improved ball diamond grooming at Fairground Park, a water fountain for Dominion Gardens, completion of Trafalgar Sports Park and heat turned on in our arenas. chairperson. · There is currently only one trustee from Halton Hills on the HDSB, but due to a change in the legislation, as of this election there will be two representatives from Halton Hills on the board. · Halton Catholic District School Board (HCDSB) consists of eight members including the chair. There is one trustee to represent Halton Hills.
