Egg Nog Joggers take over Terra Cotta

Brendan Hunt of Guelph and Toronto's Nicole Stevenson were the men's and women's winners, respectively, at the 24th-annual Egg Nog Jog hosted by the Georgetown Runners Sunday at the Terra Cotta Conservation Area. Hunt's time of 36 minutes 40 seconds on the 10.8-km course was almost a minute faster than men's runner-up Laszlo Orosz of Oakville. Stevenson was not only the fastest female but she was third overall in 39:17, over eight minutes ahead of the women's second-place runner, Laura Sanderson of Acton, who clocked in at 47:35. Georgetown's Lesley Grice finished third in 48:21 and Lawrence Warriner from Toronto was third amongst the men in 39:47
