The Halton 4-H team that competed at Scotiabank Classic at The Royal Winter Fair took time out to gather for a photo. The prestigious Scotiabank show had 374 competitors from 39 counties and seven provinces. Jodey Nurse of Georgetown was picked to give the thank you remarks on behalf of these competitors on the day of the closing ceremonies. From left, Troy Nurse (Georgetown), Jodey Nurse (Georgetown), Nicole Patterson (Milton), Lindsey McMullen (Milton), David Moore (Terra Cotta), Kaitlin DeVore (Milton), Katelyn Donaldson (Acton), Cristy Nurse (Georgetown), David Gooding (Milton). Cristy Nurse placed fifth out of 124 senior competitors in The Scotiabank Showmanship. Later in the week, she was third out of 94 entrants in The President's Cup, a 16 and over National showmanship competition sponsored by Holstein Canada. Holstein Ontario photo
