The annual Downtown Georgetown Village Festival will be held in July this year because of the current reconstruction of Main Street and to coincide with the Homecoming 2007 celebration. The festival will be held July 27 and 28 and will feature the usual array of sidewalk sales, arts and crafts, entertainment and games for children. The Village Festival will return to its regular mid-June date in 2008.
