Officers investigating a motor vehicle collision in the area of Guelph and Draper Streets at around 5:30 p.m. developed grounds to believe that one of the drivers had con- sumed alcohol. Witnesses said a 2014 white Ford pickup truck struck at least one parked vehicle and ran into Ar- nie's Collision Centre on Guelph Street. Police said paramedics treated the suspect and de- termined he was not in medical distress.
