"We've still got spots for a few more swimmers but you can never have too many coaches because some of the kids are in a one-on-one situation, which would probably work best for them," said Nicholls. "We've talked with the (Halton Hills) Blue Fins' (swim club) about combining with their group about doing some meets because they're trying to get a Paralympics' swim team going and make it a big com- munity thing." Because the Georgetown club is in its inaugural season, the OSO doesn't expect it to host a meet, but Nicholls said there will be a compe- tition here next year. The team raised $1,500 from a raffle draw held at the Georgetown Farmers' Market over the past few weeks.
