On Thursday (Sept. 26) the Caledon De- tachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) began an investigation into an inci- dent which occurred earlier that month at an address on Bramalea Road. Police allege a driving instructor work- ing out of the Orangeville area inappropri- ately touched a student driver. The victim's parents were advised and police were con- tacted. Charged with sexual assault is Adam Cate, 56. He is to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Orangeville Nov. 7. Police are asking anyone with infor- mation about this incident to contact P.C.
