This fundraising event will take place on Saturday, Nov. 23, 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Your ticket allows you to view six homes in Halton Hills, all decked out for Christmas. This year's homes are located in Georgetown South, Down- town Georgetown, Meadows in the Glen and a log house in Limehouse. All six homes are stunning and each one is unique. With Christmas approach- ing, the homeown- ers invite you to visit their houses and leave with great dec- orating ideas! As well as tour- ing the homes, your ticket also entitles you to enjoy a light lunch (between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.) at St. Andrew's United Church, Georgetown, where there will be some vendor tables and a small si- lent auction. Tickets are now on sale and can be pur- chased for a cost of $30 per person. All proceeds from the tour go towards the United Way of Halton Hills' 2013 Campaign goal of $370,000. United Way of Halton Hills currently funds 21 local agencies, which offer programs and services to people of all ages. Agencies include: Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Halton, Distress Centre North Halton, Literacy North Halton, Lighthouse Program for Grieving Children, St. John Ambulance and more.
