Midget B Twisters tops in Oakville YBC fundraiser: An adults-only get-together at Georgetown Bowl Satur- day night has been organized in order to raise funds for the quickly growing local branch of the Youth Bowling Council. Registration for the 2013-14 5-Pin sea- son has grown from 25 kids last year to 65 this time around in what's the 50th an- niversary of the YBC. Proceeds from the fun- draiser will go towards the cost of tournaments, registration fees and oth- er YBC activities through the season. Unlimited Rock & Bowl, a silent auc- tion and a cash bar will be part of the fes- tivities from 8 p.m. to midnight.
