Beloved husband of Patsy (nee Aymer) O'Meara. Loving father of Kathleen (Gavin) McDonald, Michael (Barbara) O'Meara and Mary Pat (Dave) Mottola. Adored Grandpa Peter to Sean, Meara, Neal, Maeve and Wilder-Jack. Survived by his siblings Paul, Mary Ellen, John and their families. Peter will be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, cousins, colleagues and dear friends. Peter was born to John and Noreen O'Meara and raised in Port Credit. He married his high school sweetheart, and went on to become a passionate educator and principal. Peter's love of the outdoors, his natural leadership qualities and strong faith allowed him to lead a rich life and leave a beautiful legacy for his family. The family will receive friends at MacKinnon Family Funeral Home, 55 Mill St. E., Acton on Thursday, January 30, 2020 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-9 p.m. A vigil for Peter will be held in the funeral home on Thursday at 8:30 p.m. A funeral mass will be held on Friday, January 31, 2020 at St. Joseph Patron of Canada Parish, 64 Church Street E., Acton at 11 a.m. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery, Acton. Andrea is survived by her loving husband, Randy, and son, Nathan her parents, Bruce and Annelise Cook, mother-in -law Glenna (Bruce), sisters Cheryl (Miles) Hammond, and Elizabeth Cook. Forever loved by her niece, nephews, and cousins. Andrea was born on Sept. 14, 1974 in North York to Bruce and Annelise Cook. She was a graduate of Milton District H.S. and Centennial College. She was married to Randy in 2004, and had a son Nathan, 13, the light of her life. Andrea worked at Hudson's Bay Company Head Office for over 20 years. Andrea enjoyed trying new recipes, and was known for her delicious dinners. She also enjoyed making photobooks to chronicle her family's life. In summer, Andrea loved floating in her pool with a hoppy IPA or Prosecco, while listening to 80's music. In winter, Christmas was the highlight of her year. She was a loyal friend who will leave behind countless heartbroken friends. Helen at the age of 84, devoted wife of the late John Cibic, loving mother of Rosina Cibic (Rusel Clapham) and Vilma (David) Camp. Lovingly called "Nanny", Helen will be missed by her grandchildren Dan (Krista) Cibic, Tom Cibic, Thomas Camp, and Nyssa (Todd) Frost and her great grandchildren Elias, Elena, Ethan, Hailey, and Kaitlyn. Helen is survived by brothers Gilbert (Heather), Ronald (Ann) and Marc (Nickie) Brideau. Surrounded by the beauty of her escarpment home, Helen got lots of enjoyment from feeding the squirrels and birds, and watching deer, rabbits, wild turkeys and other wildlife cross the backyard. Her Viennese heritage shone through in her cooking and baking. She was famous for her apple strudel, Gugelhupf (bundt yeast fruit cake), and Vanillekipferl (almond crescent cookies). She loved listening and dancing to Viennese Waltz music and was an accomplished whistler and yodeler. Nanny loved to relax in her favorite chair petting her cat Tiffany snuggled up beside her. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Helen's life will take place in the spring.
